Deposits are non-refundable for cancelled appointments.
All funds are non-refundable for clients who fail to show for their scheduled appointment.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you must contact Defense 360 no later than five (5) business days prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not contact us within this timeframe to reschedule, all monies paid will be non-refundable.
